Biography
James Jungkue Lee founded Bridge Biotherapeutics Inc. in 2015 and currently serves as the CEO. After receiving his B.S and M.S. in Structural Biology from Seoul National University, he held various roles in research, research planning, and business development at LG Chem. After his tenure at LG Chem, James co-founded Crystal Genomics where he led fundraising and business development activities. In 2008, he founded Rex Bio and successfully developed an antibody treatment for pancreatic cancer.

Christopher Kim

Biography
B. Chris Kim led corporate development, strategy and operations of NIBR and Global BioMarker Development group at Novartis. He then served as a partner at Oxford Bioscience Partners, a Boston based VC firm. Since 2015, he serves as a managing director at Novatio Ventures and is actively involved with life sciences companies globally. He received his PhD at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center and MBA at Carnegie Mellon University.

Biography
SeungHoon (“Stephen”) currently works as Head of Global Business Division, a partner at KCGI, which is a private equity investment house, Korea’s ESG pioneer. Stephen worked for 11 years at global securities firms such as Morgan Stanley, UBS, and JP Morgan as a top-ranked analyst/strategist for Korea and Head of Korea Equity Research, and 9 years at SK Group, the 3rd largest conglomerate group in Korea, as a corporate executive. Accordingly, SeungHoon brings a very unique and rare combination of hands-on experience from the best of both worlds of the financial and the industrial. He studied literature at Seoul National University of Korea and holds an M.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, where he completed the Ph.D. course requirements, as well as M.A. in international relations from the University of Pennsylvania.

Seoungyeob Paek received his B.A. and M.A. at Yonsei University before serving as the CIO at TongYang Asset Management. After serving as the CEO of the Sustainable Finance Center, he has been serving as the Vice President and Corporate Governance specialist at ESG (environmental, social, and governance) focused fund SUSTINVEST. He analyzes over 1,000 listed company per annum and is contributing to the discovery of the fair value of companies.

Deborah DongHyun Chee

Biography
Deborah DongHyun Chee received her M.D. at Korea University and her MBA at KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology). After receiving her degrees she worked at several multi-national pharmaceutical companies (Bayer, Pharmacia, Abbot and AbbVie) for 20 years focusing on global clinical developments and approval management, through which she gained invaluable experience on the overall drug lifecycle. From 2014 to 2019, she served as the Director of KONECT (Korea National Enterprise for Clinical Trials) where she has contributed to the promotion of global new drug developments, initiated various businesses leading to clinical trial co-operations and built a broad global network through the establishment of a domestic / international cooperation model. Currently, she serves as the CEO of Connect Clinical Sciences, a new drug development consulting firm.
